Douglas County PUD #1 Customer Service

The Town of Waterville provides customer service at the Town Hall for the Douglas County Public Utility District (PUD) #1.  PUD customers can sign up for service, cancel service and pay utility bills at the Town Hall. 

Sign up for PUD service:

Customer must come to the Town Hall in person to sign up.  A $100 deposit or a good letter of credit from previous utility company is required for new customers at the time of sign up.

 

To disconnect PUD service:

Customer must come to the Town Hall and bring proof of identification.

 

Pay utility bills at the Town Hall:

All PUD customers can pay their utility bills at the Town Hall.  Just bring your payment stub and check or money order (we cannot except cash).

 

Note:  Bring your blue payment envelope (unsealed) to Town Hall and we will recycle it.
